Astana is a pride of Kazakhs and all people of Kazakhstan. Astana is a symbol of new Kazakhstan. The founder and the chief architect of Astana on the right is our President, Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev. An important, even decisive initiative to transfer the capital of our country from Almaty to Akmola was also expressed by President Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev. Taking such a wise and a fateful decision, he showed his sagacity and foresight, as a great statesman.

При прохождении практики передо мной стояли цели:
• ознакомиться с профессией менеджер по туризму;
• изучить менеджмент гостиничного персонала и разработка предложений по совершенствованию управления персоналом на гостиничном предприятии;
• собрать материалы и получить практические навыки.

Phase composition and defect substructure of the zirconia nanopowder modified by the powerful ultrasonic action

Abstract. Commercial nanopowder of the partially yttrium-stabilized zirconia (ZrO2+3 mol.% Y2O3) was treated by the non-cavitational powerful ultrasonic action (PUA). Influence of PUA on the microstructure and phase composition of the powder has been investigated by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Investigated powder before and after PUA has polycrystalline structure. It was found that TZ-3YS particles after PU-treatment have tetragonal and cubic zirconia phases; some of the particles consist of a mixture of monoclinic, tetragonal and cubic phases, but these particles have substructure with random orientation of fragments.

Pentru a exprima cantitativ proprietaţile câmpului magnetic va trebui să definim o mărime fizică vectorială. Noua mărime fizică, notată cu simbolul , se numeşte inducţie magnetică.
Direcţia vectorului inducţie magnetică într-un punct al câmpuli este tangentă la linia de câmp magmetic în acel punct, iar sensul este acelaşi cu al liniei de câmp.Pentru a defini modulul inducţiei magnetice, vom porni, ca şi în cazul câmpuli electric, de la studiul acţiunii pe care o exercită câmpul asupra corpului de probă. Drept corp de probă vom considera un conductor rectiliniu mobil, parcurs de curent electric.
