In the fight with Turkish-Tatar invasion Ukrainian Cossacks of Zaporozhye has formed. In the 17th - 18th centuries Cossacks-Hetman state was using Ottoman empire support to balance political situation in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly against the imperialist desires of Poland and Russian. In Crimea you can still find many buildings with Turkish spirit and look. In the 18th century the weakening of the Cossack Hetman state and loss of autonomy of Ukraine, Ukrainians actively participated in the Russo-Turkish wars (in the Russian Army). In 1774 Austria, on the occasion of the Russo-Turkish War, attacked Bukovina, which until then was part of Moldavia and was under the authority of Turkey for more than two and a half centuries.

In the world practice the concept of "tourism industry" includes enterprise infrastructure, meeting the needs of busy travelers, including service life, local industry enterprises that produce goods and souvenirs for tourists, goods and equipment for hotels, restaurants, cafes, and semi-finished and food and so on. A special place is occupied by the company in the infrastructure of hotel and restaurant facilities that contribute to meet the important needs of tourists as accommodation and meals.

Comme partout, en Ukraine, il y a la tradition d'orner le sapin et de mettre sous celui-ci des cadeaux. Les enfants pensent que les cadeaux sont apportés par le Père Noël, c'est pourquoi ils "commandent" les cadeaux que l'on créé d'avance.

2. If invited into a family home, it is traditional to bring a gift: a bottle of wine, a cake. A bouquet of flowers is customary. If you bring flowers - make sure it is an uneven number of flowers. If there is a child in the house, it is appropriate to provide him/her with a small gift as well.
3. Do not shake hands across the threshold of a door. It is considered bad luck.

The Ukrainian food is characterized with large number of components. For example the traditional Ukrainian food – borsch – contains 20 components. The peculiarities have the thermal processing of the products of the dishes. As a rule, there are used several types of thermal processing for the preparing of the food (frying, boiling, stewing, baking). The rules of food processing are strictly held in Ukrainian restaurants, to reach the best taste of the national dishes. The recipes of the Ukrainian cuisine include the number of different fruits and vegetables, as well as meat, poultry, fish, mushrooms and berries. The most common meat product is pork. The meat is present in large amount in first courses, among which the major one is borsch.
