Стратегический менеджмент – это такое управление организацией, которое опирается на человеческий потенциал как основу, ориентирует производственную деятельность на запросы потребителей, осуществляет гибкое регулирование и своевременные изменения в организации, адекватные воздействию внешней среды и позволяющие добиваться конкурентных преимуществ, что в конечном итоге способствует выживанию организации и достижению своих целей в долгосрочной перспективе.
Стратегический менеджмент обычно рассматривается как совокупность пяти взаимосвязанных процессов. Рассмотрим на примере кафе – бара:
Определение миссии и целей.
Целью деятельности кафе – бар «Green Land» является получение прибыли, а также выполнение профессиональных работ и услуг. Миссия организации заключается в том, чтобы добиться и поддерживать наивысшую удовлетворенность посетителей.

Toyota Land Cruiser (Тойота Лэнд Круизер) - один из самых ярких представителей внедорожников, легендарный автомобиль, с более чем полувековой историей.
Автомобиль Toyota Land Cruiser может комплектоваться мощным бензиновым двигателем V8 объемом 4,7 литра, который работает вместе с 4-х ступенчатой автоматической коробкой передач и позволяет автомобилю разгоняться с места до 100 км/ч. за 10,7 секунд, при этом максимальная скорость составляет примерно 175 км/ч., а т.ж. экономичный и мощный турбодизель, с непосредственным впрыском топлива, объемом 4,2 литра. Трансмиссия внедорожника Toyota Land Cruiser дополнительно имеет пониженную передачу для облегчения езды в труднопроходимой местности.

In the USSR, the keeping of the land cadastre is provided for in the Basic Principles of Land Legislation of the USSR and the Union Republics of 1968 (art. 46). A uniform system is used throughout the country for the national accounting of the land. The system includes registration data on land allotment and use, the account of the size and quality of the land, data on soil appraisal, and the economic assessment of all the lands of the single united national land fund. These data are essential for the organization of a rational utilization of land and its conservation, the planning of the national economy, the rational distribution and specialization of agricultural production, and land reclamation, as well as for the implementation of other economic measures in connection with land utilization. The procedure of the keeping of the cadastre, the prescribed forms of documentation, and the intervals for updating and specifying the relevant information are established by the Council of Ministers of the USSR.

Land must have plenty of moisture from precipitation or irrigation to produce plants. But irrigation requires precipitation, somewhere,to provide the water. Plenty of moisture we can have only in or from the humid areas.
Irrigation in the Caucasus is possible because of the mountains. Winds passing over the mountains are forced upward, cooled and caused to precipitate their moisture as rain and snow, which in due season provide water for irrigating the land.
